Raaul Leor Cohen
BSc, ARCH, BCMA, BCN, CNHC
He’s too discreet to name names, but actors, politicians and celebrities beat a path to his door and brought him an international clientele. In 2000, he was named one of Vogue’s top nutritionists. In 1994 Raaul started running detox breaks at a luxury hotel in Scotland. As word of his results spread through the Media and his favourite route, recommendations from satisfied clients, he found himself with the increasing belief that a balmy climate could aid the cleansing process. Hence the Dynamic Detox Programme in Mallorca was born.
Raaul spent four years studying medicine at the Royal Free Hospital in London before his growing interest in the holistic approach made him change to complementary therapies. He obtained a BSc in microbiology with business studies from Westminster University. He then went on to become a registered colonic hydro therapist and to take a diploma in naturopathy at Westminster University.
A member of the Association and Register of Colonic Hydrotherapists (ARCH), The British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Raaul is also qualified to carry out blood tests for allergies.
Raaul’s colonic hydrotherapy practice in north London attracted clients from around the world. His work has been covered in international and national Media including The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, Vogue, Health & Fitness, Prima and GQ Active and appeared on BBC1 with Ruby Wax in “Ruby’s Health Quest.”
Raaul lectures at Universities as well as Nursing Schools and Health Centers and is considered an authority in the field of colonic hydrotherapy, nutrition and detox programmes.
Raaul moved to live in Mallorca in December 1999, where he continued to dedicate his life to healing patients through his work with colonic hydrotherapy, alternative medicine, treatments and his powerful recovery programme the Dynamic Detox Programme and is constantly searching for new enhancements.
