The Programme

The Dynamic Detox Programme works on several levels. It uses the nutritional benefits of fresh vegetables and fruits in their most powerful and easily absorbed form. At the same time, it gently cleanses the digestive system of accumulated waste. Since few people drink enough water to keep the body fully hydrated, the Dynamic Detox also tops up vital fluid levels

For one week you give up solid food in favour of fresh organic vegetable and fruit juices three times a day plus vitamin and mineral supplements and cleansing drinks. A colonic each day facilitates the cleansing process.

Surprisingly, most clients find they don't feel particularly hungry during the juice fast, and don't even notice the lack of their usual stimulants such as tea and coffee. The results can be spectacular: persistent skin problems cleared up, energy levels increased, mental clarity improved, bad breath banished, aches and pains relieved, chronic constipation cured. Participants have reported relief from long standing asthma, digestive problems, yeast infections (Candida) and of course, unwanted weight falls away.

Whatever their reasons for taking the programme clients report feeling younger, healthier, more energetic and delighted with friends' comments about how good they are looking!

The Dynamic Detox Programme at the Iberostar Grand Hotel includes:

• Daily colonic treatments & coffee enemas (7 days) all carried out by Raaul
• All supplements, cleansing treatments, vitamins and necessary equipment
• Distilled water
• Personalised dietary recommendations and maintenance programmes
• Full medical supervision 24 hours a day

Groups on the programme are restricted to a maximum of 6 participants offering dedicated personal attention and private one-to-one consultations with Raaul on a daily basis. The fast is for the full seven days but your arrive the day before you begin the detox and leave the day after breaking the fast in the morning, which makes for a total of 8 nights and 9 days. Longer or shorter programmes may be arranged on request. Special dietary requirements can also be arranged. (Residents carry out the programme at home with sessions every day at the clinic).

Starting in March 2020 we will be offering a 4 day detox programme.

This programme includes the same treatments as the longer detox, but runs from Saturday to Thursday (5 nights), for the price of 950€ (855€ for residents)
